Search by SSR

Type in a clone name and press 'Search' :
(e.g. BNL1017 or BNL) Presence and number of leading '0's in the CMD SSR names are project-specific and based on the original publications or Genbank submissions. For the best Search by SSR results, use the following key for each project name.

Key:
No zeros : BNL113, CM3, JESPR1, NAU747, Gh1
No zeros with dash and possible letters : MGHES-1a
Two leading zeros : CIR001, HAU001, MUSS001, MUCS001, STV001
Three leading zeros : DPL0009, MUSB0001, TMB0002

For the CMD internal purposes all the SSRs from the Monsanto (MON) project have prefix "MON_" added to their names.
Examples: MON_C2-0001, MON_CER0001, MON_CGR3137, MON_COT001, MON_DC20001, MON_DPL0001, MON_SHIN-0011.
