Abstract
This experiment planed to study the inheritance of resistance to Fusarium wlit and screen their molecular marker in Gossypium barbadense. This study took the susceptible G.barbadense Xinhai21 and the resistant G.barbadense HK237 as parents,build P1,P2,F1,F2,F2:3 and BC1 separate groups.The resistance of the F2∶3 was determined in the greenhouse.All of the F2∶3 lines were tested to verify the resistance of the relevant F2 individuals. Two thousand SSR primers were screened using the BSA method.Out of these primers,five pairs of primer showed polymorphic between parents and resistant,susceptible DNA pools.It was found that NAU3240 linked with the gene of Fusarium wilt resistance when calculated by Mapmaker/Exp(Version3.0b) software. According to the result,we found that the resistance to Fusarium wlit of HK237 was qualitatively inherited trait and controlled by a single dominant gene.
